Eric was an absolute pleasure to deal with. His customer service skills are excellent and I received an offer on my condo within a week. Eric was very accessible, kept me updated every step of the process and was very knowledgeable, patient and professional. In addition, his marketing techniques through print advertising, social media and vendor photography were top-notch. I would highly recommend Eric as a listing agent.

The home that Eric just helped me to sell had a handfull of obstacles to overcome, and I was listing in the slow months. Eric exceeded all expectations in assisting me with the sale and did literally everything in his power to make the sale happen. From shoveling the driveway for me to helping patch a hole in the drywall, AND having open houses at least every 2 weeks, I am just so happy to have had his help.
