Our real estate journey was a fast and furious one, selling a house and buying all in the same weekend. Eric was patient for many months (perhaps years) leading up to the actual sale and purchase of our homes while we got everything in order. He showed us many houses with zero pressure to buy and no inclination we were wasting his time. His schedule was accommodating and his responses were always timely and thorough. He is very honest, experienced and understanding. He would explain things to me I didn’t understand and give us options we didn’t even know were available. His experience, honesty and professionalism never wavered.

Eric is an excellent realtor to work with. The lines of communication were seamless as he guided us through a successful home sale and purchase. I cannot say enough positive things about his market knowledge and experience that helped us navigate a challenging marketplace. His acumen surrounding a new house purchase was particularly helpful as he brought up considerations around which neighborhood / location best fit our needs, what costs to think about if planning renovations, and even what particular items to pay attention to during a home inspection.
