Eric helped me and my partner purchase our first-time home this summer/fall and I have nothing but great things to say about him. He was very helpful during the whole process. In fact, I'd say he went above and beyond by providing some very helpful advice - we were trying to decide whether or not we should put an offer on a certain home, and we were back and forth about whether or not we should do it. Eric's advice was that if we were that undecided, it likely wasn't the home for us. I appreciated the advice probably so much more than he knows. We took his advice and found the perfect home for us shortly after. I really appreciate him for that (in addition to everything else - that's just one example of how great he was)!

Working with Eric has been an absolute pleasure. Eric took the time to assess our needs carefully so we could shop around for homes within our preferred criteria. He showed up early to each appointment and spoke from a place of knowledge as we toured each home. He was very transparent about the negotiation process and honest throughout the entire process.
