Buying a home is a very exciting process, that can also come with many emotions. Prior to meeting Ereda, I had worked with two realtors who were, for various reasons, not a good fit for me. Working with Ereda changed the entire experience of buying a home. What impressed me the most, initially, was how educated and dedicated Ereda is. Ereda showed up at every home with a booklet of information for me, as well as her tablet, which she quickly searched up many of the questions that we inquired about as we looked through homes. As I would ask many “I wonder” questions going through the home, Ereda would jot down notes and all of my questions and would get back to me soon after with a detailed message or phone call with all of the answers. It was almost as if Ereda were buying the home with me. She was invested and concerned, just as I was, to make sure the home was right for me. Ereda also made sure that the price was right. Before considering any offers, Ereda was diligent about doing her research to make sure our offer was competitive, yet never senselessly overpaying. She was quick to book viewings, competitive/aggressive when needed, and made herself available to me, which was always appreciated when I know how busy she is in such a market we are in. There is no doubt in my mind that Ereda knows the business, knows the market, and is certainly the most informed, educated realtor that I have worked with. Second, to this, Ereda is a calm and steady presence in what can be a roller coaster of emotions when buying a home, especially in today’s hot real estate market. Ereda has a calmness and stability about her that comforted me and allowed me to take the time needed to view as many (MANY) houses as possible over the year that we worked together. I never felt pressure from Ereda to offer on a home, and this is not something that I can say for all realtors that I have experienced. On houses that didn’t work, I was simply met with “we will keep looking until we find the perfect home for you!” Ereda never let me lose hope that I would find my home. We looked forward to seeing Ereda at every home we viewed and felt nothing but comfort around her. We were completely at ease around Ereda, knowing with full confidence that she will provide the most informed answers and opinions along the way. I am so happy that I was able to find the perfect home and I know that Ereda played a huge role. I am grateful to Ereda and I know that anyone who has the opportunity to work with her will feel the same.
