I had a great experience working with Emma Whittington! She is very knowledgeable about the Comox Valley - I looked at homes with her in Cumberland, Comox and Courtenay. She always went above and beyond - even opening up the hatch to look in the crawlspace with her flashlight to look for any potential problems. I was a first time home buyer and she was very supportive of that and was open to all my questions. She provided great advice throughout the negotiation process especially in this current market on Vancouver Island. I highly recommend choosing Emma as your realtor and I would not hesitate to work with her in the future.

Emma is the perfect mix of professional and personable. It’s my favorite when I hire someone and I know I can 100% trust them to do their job while also enjoying spending time around them. We had a number of difficulties in our purchasing process, Emma was there to help us through them and took everything in stride. She will not stress you out. Her attitude instilled confidence in me, and at the end of the day I’m now a first time home owner!!
