Emily Schuurmans - remember the name. Emily is personable, very knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, a genuinely good person. During the selling/buying process, I learned so much from Emily. During walkthroughs, she looked for things I wouldn’t think to look for which took pressure off me. It allowed me to focus on the bigger picture which was, could this place feel like home. During the uncertain times of COVID, she helped me find a home that was everything I was looking for and more, all the while staying on budget which was set pre-covid. I trust Emily’s feedback and expertise which made the home buying and selling process an enjoyable and comfortable experience. I am grateful our paths crossed and I will PROUDLY refer Emily to all family and friends.

Emily was absolutely amazing from the purchase of our new home to the sale of our house. I was recommended to listen to a podcast that Emily had been featured on. After listening to the podcast I instantly new I needed to contact her about the sale of my property. We meet in person and set a plan in place to finish and list my house for sale. This was the best decision I have ever made.
