Elliott being our real estate agent for our purchase of this condo in Burnaby is the best thing that could’ve happened to us in the whole process. His expert guidance while searching for properties, and his diligence and encouragement helped us pick the best property for our criteria. Elliott was awesome helping us through a fast paced sell/buy cycle and with some very tough negotiations in a fluctuating market. With a cool head, good advice, and ready to get some outside ideas from others when we needed it. Spot on with help on contractors, inspectors, etc. as well! Above and beyond!
