I have worked with Elizabeth on 3 separate occasions, twice to purchase a property and once to sell one. I was referred to Elizabeth by a friend who had worked with her previously and recommended I work with her. From day 1 she sent me a list of properties after letting her know my price range and what kind of property I was hoping to find and after a few weeks of intense searching, we found the perfect place for me and Elizabeth then helped me handle getting all the necessary info on the property I was interested in buying. She gave me a good tip on a property she had this year and I decided to follow her advice and sold my property and moved into a much nicer home for about the same amount. She was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about the market in Edmonton. I look forward to working with her again in the future because it was nothing but positive from her end.
