It was a pleasure working with Eileen and having her as our listing agent. In this day and age you don't actually expect the listing agent to find a buyer as the MLS is doing the bulk of marketing of your property. However when a buyer is found you expect your listing agent to demonstrate good negotiating skills and get the job done and "close the deal". Eileen did an outstanding job and was able to work with the buyers agent and "close the deal". She was also very co-operative with other agents and made it easy for them to bring potential buyers to show our property. Also the write-up and exposure on MLS was very professional and our property was presented very well. My instincts were right when I decided to call Eileen to list our property. Actually the reason I decided to hire Eileen was because I watched her how she presented the property to a potential buyer a few months earlier, when it was listed with another agent.
