Ehsan is professional, knowledgeable and strategic. We've had the pleasure of working with him on a boutique development where he was able to give valuable feedback regarding the design, renderings, finishes, etc. Essentially everything required to ensure we launched in a timely manner, which resulted in pre-selling more units than we expected. We also brought Ehsan in on another boutique development where he was successful in producing sales, where other Realtors were not He is strategic, not hopeful.

It was a pleasure working with Propel Real Estate Group. The entire team is top notch; we sold our condo for 50k over asking in two hours. The video Propel made (which was equally awesome) didn't even go live. There was literally a line of people getting in for a sneak peek even when the housing market was trending down. The best part for my family was not having to leave for appointments or open houses! We bought a townhouse and again, the process was flawless. We were once at an open house and I heard the other realtor hard selling her clients whenever they expressed a concern. I thanked Eric for not pulling that BS on us.
