Eddie is professional and has provided many useful advice helping me obtain my first house. I have to admit that it's always difficult for me to make decisions..especially for buying a house. Eddie has been super patient and devoted lots of time helping me narrow down the zone and toured many houses with me... The most impressive thing is that when I finally got my offer signed, Eddie used a little trick to help me save 3k by inserting a home inspection condition... a real surprise to me.
