Dustin did an amazing job advising me on the Edmonton market and assisting me with acquisitions. I would highly recommend Dustin to anyone looking to buy a new home or invest. His follow up on ongoing maintenance and property management was also exceptional many months after purchase.

If you are a procrastinator and have a lot of stuff DO NOT hire this guy. From listing to close in less than a month so now I have to move all my junk BUT he scored us above asking so I guess he's okay. We can now at least afford to pay someone to pack our crap.
