Amazing guy goes above and beyond and is always looking after his clients and taking care of them making sure there 100% satisfied and always calls and checks up to see how there doing even if its not house related.

Dusko is an amazing realtor! He is so knowledgeable, responds quickly to questions, and always called to update us in relation to the sale of our house! The marketing and social media is unlike any other realtor I have ever seen!! He has also been really helpful in guiding us on the purchase of a new home, in terms of location, resale value, and making sure we are getting exactly what we want in a home! You will not be disappointed if you choose him to be your realtor!!

I feel awful. I went and saw over 30 homes with dusk and everything was so good but I had a family issue come up recently and cannot buy a home for another few months to a year and I feel bad for taking so much of his time but feel compelled to say that at the very least my overall experience with seeing homes and writing a few offers I will never use another realtor as long as he’s in the business

Dusko is not only a skilled agent, he is a genuine, honest, and intelligent person. We are so happy we found him because he meshed with our personalities perfectly and he made buying our first home about 70% less stressful. He has a lot of trade experience and that knowledge showed as he was able to give us more information about homes other than just the numbers he had in front of him. He always looked for things that we wouldn't have even thought of ourselves and he was very straight with us when we first started looking in neighbourhoods that he didn't think aligned with our long term goals. (He was right. We love the neighbourhood we ended up in a lot more.) When it came to the closing and sale of the house, he kept us informed and was always in contact, ensuring that we felt comfortable and any questioned were answered promptly. Half the time, we would start to ask question and he would answer it before we even asked. He thought of everything and it was reassuring knowing that we had him in our corner. Highly recommend him and his team.

Substantially better service and experience than i've ever had, I actually recommended Dusko and team to friends after we were finished and I normally have a strong disliking for agents to it would be quite unlikely for me to do this typically as i WAS a little jaded with the industry. our last agent didn't disclose so much throughout the process leaving us in the dark and being new not knowing the things to ask (for example sale history of a property) and the first thing we got from dusko was the sales data as buyers and sellers one was the comparable home sales and the other was similar sold homes for where we were looking and interested, which ultimately changed anyways and we ended up selecting a new area based on his recommendations, which again we appreciated thinking we knew the city well, but finding better value and something more suited to us was honestly more than enough for us to recommmend him as is, but then the extra levels of marketing and expertise, and negotiations which we had a laugh about because it seemed like both times the other agents were veryyyy inexperienced and probably didn't do great things for their clients.

Really satisfied with the level of service and professionalism from the team and Dusko, our stager was on point, and everyone they recommended were leaps and bounds better than everyone else I had worked with in other home sales, really happy overall.
