Dulcie Sharpe is an outstanding realtor and I was truly impressed with her service. She is knowledgable, professional and honest, and went above and beyond in advising me on both selling and buying a home. Dulcie is genuinely kind and patient, and took the time to guide me through each part of the process. As a single, first-time seller, I really needed this! She answered all of my questions, eased my worries, and helped me to create realistic expectations. Her negotiation skills and eye for detail were excellent. She is responsive, reliable and consistent, which I sincerely valued and appreciated. I am so thankful to have met Dulcie. She is an absolute gem, and I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Recently, we were referred to Dulcie Sharpe, to purchase our new home in Kelowna. She had a comprehensive approach to the process, and we felt so comfortable with each step. She navigated every component, including dealing with the fact that we lived out of town and had to view properties on short notice. My husband and I have totally different buying personalities and Dulcie was patient, accommodating and listened well to our many questions. We both felt really comfortable with Dulcie and she honoured our process as we narrowed down the area of town we wanted to move to. When you are buying a house you have to spend a lot of time with your realtor. We enjoyed every minute with Dulcie. Dulcie was so helpful with referrals for the lawyer, house inspector (excellent), and contractors for repairs, etc., and she made it look easy! Such an important quality for out-of-town buyers. In the end she found our perfect forever home, the right size, the right location and at the right price. We knew Dulcie had been in the business for a long time and brought years of expertise but her skill in negotiating the best price for us was a wonderful gift. We have already referred her to our friends!

My husband and I came to town on a long weekend looking to see if there was any affordable places for us to move to. Dulcie spent the whole long weekend with us showing us homes all over the area! We thought we lost our dream home but with Dulcie’s commitment and willingness to help us, she worked her magic and was there when the original deal fell through and we ended up getting our place! We couldn’t have done it without her! Dulcie’s knowledge, professionalism and sense of humour made us feel that we were her only clients and that she would do anything to get us to West Kelowna and live in the house of our dreams!

Dulcie was oh so helpful to me as I searched for a new place to call home in the Kelowna area. Given that I was from out of town & from out of Province, and I had a limited time frame to work from, Dulcie had her work cut out for her. She spent lot's of time up front gathering information from me to help target my home search. She then worked tirelessly finding and setting up appropriate viewings and sharing her knowledge of the Kelowna districts and neighborhoods. Always pleasant - no matter the situation of challenges - Dulcie has a great approach and calm demeanor not to mention a great sense of humor. Of course with her expert help, I found a great place. Now, her service didn't stop then, it continued right along after a successful offer to purchase, right up to and including possession and move-in day.

Dulcie was terrific to work with when we were looking for a new home in Kelowna. It was a crazy time in the home buying business but we found the perfect home and Dulcie helped us with every little detail so that we felt very confident throughout the process. I would recommend her to anyone who wants peace of mind as they go through the normally stressful process of buying a new home.
