A great guy and amazing realtor. I've known Dragic for about 15 years, we studied together at NAIT and worked together in the past as well. He was patient helping me navigate the buying process looking at a lot of houses (sorry!). From start to finish he was prompt, reliable and provided excellent service. Can't recommend him enough if you're buying or selling in Alberta.

Dragic was very helpful finding the perfect investment property in Edmonton. I was a out of town investor and had been looking for a long time and it was great to see that Dragic never gave up and continued looking at properties until we found the right one. Dragic helped us sell our house in September. We were in a hurry to sell due to a family situation and he helped us get market value for the house in very difficult circumstances. Definitely someone we will work with again in the future.

As a first time buyer I was not at ease buying a property. Dragić made me feel confident. He kept me in the loop at all times and proofread all the documents. His responses to my inquiries took no longer than few minutes each time. Dragić put a three days worth of negotiations into getting me a best deal possible.

He looks out for his clients and keep their best interest in mind. Furthermore, he has stuck with me through all of my questions post purchase. <p>When I choose to sell my property late in the year 2019, I spoke with a couple realtors, when I spoke with Dragic I was certain that he was the correct person to sell my property. The property was listed Pre Covid-19, and we were both confident it would sell quickly, but Covid shut everything down and no one was buying at this time. Dragic encouraged me to keep a positive outlook as he was determined to sell the property. At this time I along with so many others was laid off due to the Covid Pandemic. I was fortunate to receive word from my employer that we were considered essential services and would be able to return to work, down side was that it was out of province for an extended period of time with little to no communication available. I did not want to take my property off the market i needed to sell it. Dragic was able to work with me during this period of time to sell the property. We were only able to communicate via email but somehow He was able to make this work and made the whole process easy for me. I appreciate what he was able to accomplish on my behalf and I look forward to working with him again in the future! Thank you Dragic!</p>
