Doug was our agent for our very first home. As first time home buyers, Doug was truly sympathetic that we didn't know what we were looking for, just that we wanted a home, and was very patient and understanding as we navigated this process. Doug provided expert insight into neighbourhoods, build quality, suggested renovations, exit strategies, and most importantly, value for our money. Due to the current COVID situation, he also had no problem accommodating remote viewings for one of us and adapted accordingly. He was highly responsive, facilitating viewings at a moments notice regardless of the commute, and by the end of the process could tell within the first few minutes if it would suit our needs. Dougs past experience was a nice bonus as well, providing a lot of first hand knowledge when it comes to repairs/renovations and the condition of the home heating and plumbing systems.
