It's a tough market and it took some time but patience and good advice got us through to a sale.

I have purchased six homes and had a variety of experiences with many realtors. This home purchase was particulairy important to me and I knew specifically what I required in a realtor. 1) Someone who listened and gave me honest feedback 2) Had exceptional organizational skills 3) Shared the same tenacity to get a deal done while maintaining a high level of integrity When I met Doug I knew I had found a realtor who had all of those qualifications and more. I will say just one thing to sum it all up: Don't miss out on an opportunity to work with Doug !

3 weeks agoNew-Edit Delete As first time buyers, we came into this process with a lot of nerves, as well as questions. We met with Doug after having met some other Realtors, and felt an immediate level of comfort, trust and professionalism from him. He's just a real, decent guy, with a great sense of humour and we're glad to have met him. Doug walked us through all of our questions, without feeling rushed, while taking care to ease any of our concerns. We are new to the area, so he provided us with a neighbourhood tour as well as some great local recommendations. Doug showed us some great properties right off the get go. It was clear he was attentive to our needs, and was helping us find our home, not just another sale. When we got to the point of making an offer, he guided us and helped us get a deal we could feel really good about. We did all the negations and subject removal from a long distance in our old city, but the process was smooth and stress free. He continued to follow up with some small items after possession, this made us feel like Doug really cares about his clients. We look forward to working with Doug in the future, and would not hesitate one bit to recommend him to anyone looking for a Realtor in the area. Doug certainly went above and beyond for us, and made our first-time home buying experience a pleasure.
