All communications were timely and her advice was backed-up by data, as well as many years of experience and relationship-building with local realtor colleagues. I always felt my best interests were the driving factor behind her advice, and through the process of Open Houses, viewings, negotiations and, ultimately, the desired result. I would most definitely recommend Dorothy as an agent who is aware of the market but also sensitive to my needs and requirements. The whole process would have been infinitely more stressful without the knowledge that she and her partner agent had my back!
