I found my real estate agent (Dorothy Cornel) online while I was doing my research online. Dorothy is a fantastic agent, and she is VERY good at what she does. I would have not found my home/office if it wasn’t for Dorothy. She is very responsive and is always punctual. She has gone above and beyond the call of duty when it was time for us to work together. She and her husband picked me and my co-worker up from and to the airport with their fancy poshy car and drove us to look at all the houses. Furthermore, Dorothy and her husband treated me and my co-worker like a VIP guests, we felt super special! She was extremely patient and knowledgeable. Dorothy has given me so many great advice and insights into all the properties I looked at. Her expertise and professionalism can only be described in one word, “IMPECCABLE!” I have worked with over 15 real estate agents in my entire life in different cities, provinces and countries; and I have never met ANY agent like Dorothy, she is very trustworthy and honest. I love her vibe and personality. I found that over 90% of real estate agents today are very flakey and they are NOT very responsive, or they have become very jaded. So many agents these days are so unprofessional with their work ethic and conduct. Some are shady while others are very sleazy. But with Dorothy, she was my guardian angel, she worked hard to protect my best interests; she prevented and made sure that NO Developers/Builders or the Seller’s agent was going to pull some dirty, illegal tricks under the carpet on me. I am so grateful that Dorothy was looking out for me from the start until the end. Many real estate agents don’t care about their clients’ needs but with Dorothy, she made sure I got what I wanted at the end of the day no what it takes. I like an agent with a strong grit, ambition, driven and always aim high. Luckily, I had Dorothy right at by my side throughout the whole process and she has ALL those great qualities that I am looking for as a real estate agent. She is definitely in a league of her own when it comes to experience, service and producing excellent results! I believe my standards are extremely high and Dorothy was going toe-to-toe with me in that department! Overall, I am really impressed with her strong work ethics and moral compass.
