<p>Don was referred to us by a friend. As we were from out of the province of Alberta he ensured we received daily updates of new listings that showed the features we requested. He went above and beyond our expectations in a timely manner finding homes for us to view and had all the information we required in choosing our new digs. Don Cholak is an excellent communicator who is professional, experienced, and committed to doing a good job for his clients. He is thorough when proposing a listing price, presenting similar properties and their listing and selling prices. I found he advertised my property extremely well online as well as in traditional media. He hires the best staff to take effective video and photographs of the property and has an assistant that is also in communication to provide feedback on showings. I am very impressed with the process and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Don for anyone that is looking for a hard-working, honest realtor.
