I had Dixie sell house for my mother. She was very professional, and had vast knowledge of all the rules and regulations required. Dixie also was a very good negotiator and also kept us informed of any changes, showings, offers, and helped us a great deal in getting person to move my mothers furniture into a senior residence before the house was sold. Dixie and I did our own staging... everything worked out great. We recommend Dixie to all our friends if they are looking to sell their home.
