Firstly, we want to thank Dinesh, Dilipan, Nursa from our bottom of our hearts for helping us sell our condo and buy a beautiful house. The whole process started in Dec 2023 when we started to look for agents so we knew about the honest realtor team for their customer appreciation events and also informative videos in tamil about real estate. At the time, we were interviewing with 8 different agents to choose one to help us buy and sell. On Day 1, Dinesh and Dilipan provided a customized plan on the process to sell the condo. We are part of the process every single step of the way. They promoted our condo on social media which resulted in over 60+ showings and 7 offers for our condo. We ended up selling the condo over asking within 6 weeks and got the price range we were expecting. Right after selling the condo, we started to look at houses and Dilipan and Dinesh always made the time to show us the houses and provided their recommendations. Dilipan always provides us advice on how we can improve the value in the house for the future to get better resale value. After weeks of searching for houses, we got a beautiful detached house bigger than what we expected. Even in this market, we were able to get the house under value. Thanks to Chandru for also helping us look at houses as well when Dilipan was not available.
