Diane helped us sell our lot and at the same time buy a new home in the Columbia Valley. From the beginning she listened to our needs, was always there for us to answer questions. She did some good research for us, was very patient with us. She also made very good suggestions during the negotiation process. We felt that she really had our best interest at heart! Diane also knows the Columbia Valley very well.

Meeting Diane has being one of my biggest blessings. I first spoke with her on the phone on Monday, we arranged to meet on Wednesday, she came back and took the photos of the Home on Thursday, had it listed on Friday, first Open House on Saturday and a few hours later, she called to say we had an Offer, over Asking !! I could not believe the great news. Not only did she get the House sold quickly, she helped with the referral of a great Lawyer in Calgary, in addition to advising what I should focus on fixing/renovating to get the place sold. Diane is the ultimate professional - kind, respectable and hard-working. I cannot thank my BIL enough, for making the connection with her.
