<p><br /> Where do we start. I my self have worked with Real Estate agents for 4 decades full time as a banker and or mortgage person. I my self have never seen anyone so organized, with her unique plan and team that can get the job done so quickly and professionally.I admit some i have known have come close. I don't think she had to even put plan B into motion and we believe she has many plans up her sleeves if necessary. With 2 offers in 2-3 days after 3+ months with none!!! . All we can say is if ...if you have the chance to use Diana take it .You don't even have to buy a lotto ticket as you then have won the the selling lottery! She is a once in a life time agent . She actually care more about selling your home than you do! Thank you Diana.</p>

Diana is simply just the best! Also, if you are military, she is the agent you want to deal with. She helped us buy in a very difficult buyer's market four years ago. Her expertise and knowledge are optimal. She also has a vast network of connections if you are looking for anything. This helped us find a home inspector at the last minute and throughout the years she always knew who to recommend for renovations or events happening around the city. She took good care of us over the years, always staying in touch, dropping by when around. She is a very calm and warm person, it is always nice to have a conversation with her. Now, we had to move again this year, on a short notice too. As soon as I called her, she started to work on our case. The next day she was in to discuss the market, talk about staging and also booked a professional photographer which made a huge difference in the quality online. We sold within 24 hours, thanks to her advice. The house was well priced and negotiations were flawless. She takes at heart her clients interest and will not let go. She will tell you right up front her professional opinion and what she thinks is best. And you better listen to her! Because she is right, she knows her stuff and will definitely help you buy or sell fast and to your best interests.
