I have done over 20 real estate transactions and I know which agent is good & which is not so good. Diana is outstanding & probably is the best realtor I have ever dealt with. I met Diana a few years ago & at the time I had a life changing event & wasn't quite sure of my plans. She did not pressure me to list my place with her back then. Instead, she suggested that we wait as there were many variables that started to effect the real estate market. We kept in touch for a while & she always promptly responded to my inquiries. Finally once the condo was listed, she did more than I have ever expected from a realtor. The condo was in Barrie but I live in Calgary. She handled everything from getting quotes for the jobs & showed up to inspect the jobs. She worked really hard for this listing & deserved every penny of the commission. She was very efficient, caring, & friendly to deal with. I will definitely recommend Diana to all of my friends in the Barrie area. It was really a pleasure dealing with her.

Working with Diana was an absolute pleasure, she was highly recommended to me and did not disappoint! Diana worked with our wants and needs and helped us to remain focused on our goals, while keeping us informed on areas and streets to avoid or be cautious of. She demonstrated excellent time management - co-ordinating our viewings while we traveled from another city, even viewing properties on our behalf before making the 2 hour journey to Barrie. Professionally Diana is just outstanding, and personally I find her very genuine and sincere, and with refreshing candor. Diana is friendly and enthusiastic, and really loves her work and it shows.

<p><br /> Where do we start. I my self have worked with Real Estate agents for 4 decades full time as a banker and or mortgage person. I my self have never seen anyone so organized, with her unique plan and team that can get the job done so quickly and professionally.I admit some i have known have come close. I don't think she had to even put plan B into motion and we believe she has many plans up her sleeves if necessary. With 2 offers in 2-3 days after 3+ months with none!!! . All we can say is if ...if you have the chance to use Diana take it .You don't even have to buy a lotto ticket as you then have won the the selling lottery! She is a once in a life time agent .
