Derrick is exactly the type of agent you want. He knows what's going on and does his homework. He gave smart advice regarding touchups that would add the most value for our sale, and which items to just leave as-is. Most important was his ability to separate the offers into 'just fishing around' vs real offers, and handle the buyers' agents such that we only had to seriously consider a limited number of good quality offers
