Derek assisted my son with the purchase of his first condominium in 2017, he was superb. Patient, understanding and found him exactly what he wanted and needed. Derek took him from North Vancouver to Langley without hesitation. ~ great first-time buyer agent. Derek also assisted my husband and I with a recent purchase of a condominium in Coal Harbour and the sale of our family home. We found him strategic in the planning of our sale in terms of timing and pricing and was tireless in making our property available to all prospective purchasers. In the end we had competing offers and received the price we had hoped for. The Coal Harbour property took us over a year to find and Derek was always available to show us properties in the respective buildings allowing two large dogs and fitting our check list. We finally purchased a beautiful suite in the first building we looked at! Lastly, Derek worked with me to purchase office space early this year. He is knowledgable regarding commercial property and negotiated a fair purchase price with great terms. He helped me to understand the purchase of a commercial property which was extremely benefical as this was my first experience.
