We were thoroughly impressed with Derek as our realtor and so grateful for his efforts helping us find our new home! We have had great and not so great experiences in the past and Derek comes out at the very top! He was responsive, knowledgeable, hardworking, and most importantly patient as we tried to find the perfect new home for our family and home business. He was very good at listening to us and understanding our very specific needs which meant we looked at a wide variety of houses that wouldn’t just fit a realtor website algorithm. Derek’s upbringing in the construction industry was a huge asset and helped put our minds at ease, giving us a clarity in our decision making as he candidly shared both the pros and cons of each house and was able to point out many important things beyond the scope of our knowledge. We never felt pressured to make a deal even though we came close on a few different homes. It was so comforting to feel that he truly had our best interests at heart. Thank you Derek!
