Derek is an incredible fellow, thoughtful, and detailed realtor. His personal touch through the entire process couldn't have been better. He is patient and takes time to discuss every little detail. We worked through our options from budget to our desired size and he incredibly was able to keep finding units tailored to our expectations. Lol. he even babysat our babies in the car once when we had a viewing, and it rained. I recommend Derek every day of the week and twice on Sundays. Thanks Derek.
