Dennis Paradis Reviews

I've relied on Dennis a few times now. The first interaction related to a condo I was interested in purchasing. That was almost 10 years ago and I don't even recall how I came across Dennis as a real estate agent. Dennis talked to me by phone and then we met in person. We looked at a few previously owned units before settling on a new unit. Dennis provided a good amount of information to consider before making a decision. In the last couple of years, I asked Dennis for some market information to make some critical real estate decisions. He was quick to get in touch with me and provided the information much quicker than I needed. His advice has been very useful in making important life decisions. Dennis is professional in his dealings. He's not in it for the quick commission. He's genuine in dealing with his customers/prospective customers. I certainly plan to use Dennis again in the future and would recommend him to anyone in GTA looking for a house or condo.
