Coming from the UK we were not familiar with the process for buying property in Canada but Ally and Dennis made the whole process a lot simpler than it might have been. They understood our needs and went out of their way to find us the property that we had been seeking. Dennis strongly recommended an oil tank scan and to everyone's surprise an underground oil tank was found and subsequently removed before the purchase was agreed.
