We had originally posted our house on Kijiji. We were contacted by many real estate agents. Denis was persistent so I agreed to meet with him. We liked the fact that he didn't race to a floor price out of the gate like so many other agents seemed to. He made a compelling pitch and we decided to go with him. We sold the house quickly in arguably one of the toughest markets Calgary has seen. In light of the market, we felt we got a good price for the property. The sell price was significantly higher than the start point that most realtors were recommending. Denis and his team put a lot of effort into preparing the listing as well. We would use Denis and his team again.
