I can’t say enough good things about working with Denise. She is unbelievably knowledgeable and professional but above all she is she so kind and fun. She made me feel excited and confident every step of the home buying process. It was my 1st time buying a home and at the beginning I wasn’t sure in what direction I wanted to go but Denise was by my side and helped me narrow it down. When I finally knew what I wanted, she went above and beyond for me and I landed with the house of my dreams in the neighbourhood of my dreams. I’m so happy to have worked with her.

I have been blown away by the level of service Denise has given me over the years. I have used several Real Estate agents and nobody has come close. Denise is genuine, charismatic, down to earth, practical, kind, caring, compassionate and has a great sense of humor. Denise also has always gone above and beyond. I never had to worry about transparency or asking " stupid questions " If she says she is doing something you can expect follow through in a timely manner. I highly recommend Denise and you will not be disappointed !
