An amazing agent. Although the property I ended up purchasing was a spur of the moment request to look at, Dena quickly organized a showing and provided me with as much detail as it became available.

Dena allowed our selling experience to be a little less stressful than it already is in today’s market. Anything we needed a better understanding of, she took the time to explain it better. She is very personable & an agent I would recommend when selling/buying your home.

Dena was an amazing realtor and would highly recommend her! Due to some deals falling through (as a result of the sellers) we spent quite a bit of time with her. She was very patient with us during the purchasing process even when we went in a completely different direction from looking at houses on the golf course in Beaumont to acreages. She is very familiar with homes and was very helpful in pointing out good things and not so good things in the home. Where she didn't know something she found out for us and always kept us in the loop. She was very easy to get along with, gave us space and ensured we didn't purchase something we didn't want to. At no point did we feel pressured from her to buy something...even as we hit the three month mark. Thanks to her patience and feedback throughout the process we found something we really love!
