Mr Dele Olaiya appears to be a thoroughbred professional when our paths crossed and we were not disappointed. Our satisfaction was his interest all through the process of buying a house. From narrowing down to the type of house, to eventual identifying one, contract signing and eventual close, his opinion/actions were all geared towards our desires. He navigated all the various communications between us and the builders to our satisfaction and went out of his way to give very great suggestions that eventually lessened our burdens.
