Can't say enough about Deepak. When we moved back to Canada we knew we wanted to live in Westboro and we must have seen 70 houses before we got the one that we liked the most. During the whole process, Deepak didn't let us get to emotional and really looked out for our best interest in both personal needs and as an investment property. In the end, we feel that we did find the perfect house for our family. I have referred Deepak to quite a few friends and colleagues since and all have thanked me for putting them in touch.

Deepak is very nice person, he has lot of patience and have very good knowledge on property market. We were really struggling to find the perfect house and as the market is going up on daily basis it’s very difficult to get a perfect house on perfect price. However Deepak showed us all houses professionally by taking an appointment from the buyer on daily basis so that we didn’t loose a chance to get a house on perfect price. He was so keen about the houses and we discuss everyday about which house we should bid and which we shouldn’t. He was preparing MLA sheet for all the houses based on the market price and come over a price which would be decent price to bid on.He was punctual and always reachable on phone. And we got a house on reasonable price because of him. He was very helpful so I recommend him as a perfect broker.
