Known Deb for years, she helped us buy my mom's apartment and now helped us sell it. She takes the time to understand what our expectations were and was always willing to work hard during the negotiation phase. I would say I hold my ground and don't like to be pushed around. The agent on the buyer side tried to renegotiate the price at subject removal time, which we were not impressed with. Deb held firm with our wishes and the deal closed as it should. Calm cool and collected during the stressful time. She is also quick with a laugh and enjoyable to spend time with. We are about to list our home of 25 years and we can't think of anyone more we would want to work with.
