Deb is Phenomenal. She was very patient with us as we were new to the home selling, and rusty to the buying, experience. She was very available to connect with us and answer our questions and give us guidance. We always felt as though she truly had our best interest at heart. Deb went above and beyond for us and we are so glad we used her services. I would use her again in a heartbeat and recommend her highly!

Deb was absolutely nothing short of amazing to deal with! She walked us through the entire process and was very thorough. She went above and beyond for us after as the previous owners left us with a lot of junk she actually had someone come and remove a couple of the furniture items for us! She’s very honest Wants the best for seller Wiling to help when a disaster happens- inspector flooded our accessible shower as he walked away while water was flowing from the showers created a mess in the basement which we arranged tradesmen to repair. Deb helped cover some costs that the inspector refused to cover from his error in leaving water running and walking away prior to noticing that water was not draining properly which caused a stressful situation for both us the seller & the buyer.
