<p>I highly recommend Debra. As a first time home buyer she helped me through the entire experience and was friendly and helpful. She was very thorough in ensuring the properties were of quality, safe and met my expectations. Once I chose a property she provided experts for all of my needs, kept in touch and made sure all repairs and steps were complete before my moving day.</p>

<p>Honest and thoughtful. Never got any bad advice and she also alerted us from making any bad decision throughout our purchasing process. The whole experience was like working with another friend or family member.</p>

<p>Deb was nothing short of fantastic.</p> <p>When we first encountered Deb she was on vacation with her husband. She had no idea who we were, and she STILL went out of her way to assist us and get our home buying experience started. Unreal!</p> <p>Throughout the process she was very patient and worked with my fiancee and I to find a home suitable to our needs. Not an easy feat!</p> <p>As first time home buyers, we went into this with zero knowledge. Deb patiently explained the whole process, held our hand through the (seemingly) mountains of paper work and helped us understand everything.</p> <p>Deb helped us negotiate with our sellers agent and we were able to get our home for a VERY good price. A perfect scenario for the "less than wealthy" people my fiancee and I are.</p> <p>My fiancee and I couldn't be more happy with how we were handled. We were little fish in a big pond and we were handled with attentive care, and dignity. Very rarely do you find that these days!</p> <p>Deb exceeded our expectations AND found us our dream home. And as a bonus gift to my fiancee and I, Deb arranged for "dog-yard" clean up of our property as a house warming gift. How awesome is that?</p> <p>Hearing all the horror stories of real-estate agents, I assure you Deb will put those fears to rest.</p> <p>If we had to do this again, we would choose Deb as our agent in a heartbeat.</p>
