Deb is excellent to work with and truly considers her client's best interests. She is a very professional agent and is a timely communicator when dealing with negotiations. This was my first time selling and buying from a previous owner (I had previously bought from a builder) and she made sure I was aware of the process and walked me through it all. The photos taken of my condo were of great quality which I believe aided in multiple showings of the unit. Current market conditions have my condo listed much lower than its purchase price, however, I was able to receive an offer above my lowest desired price within three months of listing it. As Deb was away when I was ready to start looking for a new place to purchase, she has another great agent take care of me during her absence. We were able to find exactly what I was looking for, in the area I wanted, for a great price. It was overall a great, stress-free experience and I would definitely recommend Deb to anyone looking to either buy or sell their home.

Deb helped us find a great house after looking off and on for a very long time. She knows all the areas of the city and is the perfect person to help you navigate and avoid the pitfalls that show up. She works hard to stay up to date on what is on the market and coming soon as well so her clients can get in to see homes that would fit them. We were very picky so it took us a while to find the right home for us but when we did she helped us sell our home within a few days. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling as her experience and dedication are invaluable, especially in this fast moving market. Definitely 5 stars all around.
