This is the second property that Deb helped to sell. Our house was sold with great timing and acceptable closing price based on the current housing market. I was very impressed with her professionalism and patience when Deb talking with myself and my wife.

Deb was great to work with. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting the house ready for pictures, and demonstrated high levels of professionalism and integrity when negotiating the final deal. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a high quality realtor.

Deb Duncan recently helped my wife and I to buy our dream home. She was fast, professional, responsive, and knowledgable. Our current real estate market is tough, and she helped us navigate through competing offers and multiple inspections, as well as provided lots of additional information about what to expect throughout the experience. We also needed to negotiate for a price reduction after one of the inspections. Deb helped us to come to a fair agreement with the sellers. I should also note that this is not the first time we have worked together. Over the years, Deb has helped me purchase a condo, sell it for a nice profit, as well as to buy a new home (which we will be selling through her soon).

Working with Deb is a dream come true. My husband has worked with Deb multiple times in the past, but for me, as a first time homeowner, I did not know what to expect from the process. I was so impressed with how easy it was to communicate with Deb, how available and knowledgeable she was, and most importantly, her exemplary negotiation skills on our behalf. She also practices her craft with the upmost integrity, and I think at this point, my husband and I would trust her with our first born child. She worked around the clock to get us our dream house to grow our family into, which was a challenge as the house had competing offers. It felt like she worked a miracle on our behalf, kept us informed throughout the process and acted always in our best interest. It felt as if she were giving us the service she would give to close family. If I could give her a 5++++ rating, I would do so!

Deb really cares about her clients! It took us a very long time to find the house that would become our long-time home and she was very patient every step of the way. She was knowledgeable, very communicative and thorough when it came to going through each house.
