Debbie gave important suggestions on what needed fixing in the house and on how to stage every room including the paint pallet to use.. She came a few times to check the progress of the preparation process to make sure that the desired outcome is achieved in order to get the best price possible. She has contacts that could help fix or prepare the house if needed. And the best part of it all, Debbie hired and paid for cleaners on the day of our closing which made our move stress free!
