This was very useful considering we were first time home buyers. Her knowledge about the Ottawa real estate market and meticulous approach to dealing with us is what we loved about having her on our side. Definitely recommend working with Debbie. Debbie was very professional and answered all questions we had about the house and neighbourhood. Also she provided a lot of information on the current market and house values in the area we were looking. When we were interested to put an offer in Debbie walked us through all the paper work needed, making the whole process as least stressful as possible.
