Dean and the Stone Sisters had a good introduction and then failed the rest of the way through. Poor advertising that did not showcase a single update we had done on our home. Barely attracted any viewers. Did not do proper due diligence on our duplex/strata that scared off first buyers. Couldn't get asking price in a very hot market where our half-duplex was far superior to many single dwelling homes in town. Very unusual buyer where all the work and effort came on us. Realtor did not return personal paperwork borrowed to assist buyer's agent. No thanks or gift or anything for the sale on his $14K commission. Was even worse in trying to find a place to buy. Would constantly tell him our max price range and then he would suggest making an offer $60K over our mortgage limit. Seemed to care more about money than the customer. Wanted to benefit from a hot market, but failed miserably. Should retire!
