I cannot say enough amazing things about Deanna! From the time I started looking for a home right until closing and even after, she was there to guide me every step of the way and help me have everything in place. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the market. She knew the type of home I was looking for and always kept me updated on when new listings became available. She even took the time to get in touch with different companies and contractors for things that I would like to have done in the future. She set up dates and times, I didn’t have to do a thing! My wife and I worked with Deanna over the winter of 2025 / 2026 to find the perfect acreage for our family. She was very accommodating to our scheduling needs as I work out of town and she was happy to accommodate with our 9 month olds various needs. Deanna was very receptive to the considerable list of needs and criteria in making the perfect selection for our home. At no point did she come off as aggressive or pushy and wanted to make sure that we were comfortable and happy in our selection. Deanna was punctual, arrived to all appointments ahead of schedule, returned our phone calls, texts and emails in a timely and efficient manner and was always respectful of our time. She was able to connect us with a great home inspection company on short notice and also scheduled us specialized contractors for a boiler and infloor heat system also on short notice that proved invaluable. When it came down to price negotiations we were able to get our home purchased at a more favorable price point that we felt much better about. Deanna went the extra mile on our behalf and working with her was a friendly, professional and positive experience that I would not hesitate to recommend to family, friends and the general public. We look forward to listing our old home for sale with Deanna and starting the next chapter to our lives.

She did such an outstanding job that we also purchased a new home with her. She was always attentive and selected some amazing homes for us to view. She understood what our priorities were, and found us a home that ticked all of our boxes while also negotiating a great price. Now, we have our dream home and can't wait for the next stage of our lives! I 100% recommend working with Deanna if you're buying or selling a property (or both, like we did!).
