Deanna has been wonderful throughout the entire process. She was recommended to me by friends who had heard great things about her. Deanna made selling my house stress-free which was not easy considering I live three provinces away. She looked after the house the entire time she had it for sale, doing raking, snow clearing, etc. Deanna was always positive, reassuring and fun to communicate with. She responded quickly to all my questions and made the paperwork process painless. Her marketing strategy helped sell my house more quickly than I had imagined it would and her advice on pricing the home was perfect. Her attention to detail caught an issue with the buyer regarding signage on the price change. Working with Deanna has been great! She is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, humorous and was a very calming presence for me. Highly, highly recommend.
