Dean Muscardin Reviews

<p>We didn’t know Dean Muscardin before we started doing business with him. We met him long distance via the internet. We live in Airdrie, Alberta and were looking to relocate to the Winfield / Kelowna area. We found a house he had listed on the MLS website and then emailed him for more information which he was very quick to get back to us. When we asked him if he could show us a few houses on the May long weekend he was very willing to help us out.<br /> As luck would have it we found our dream house that day. With Dean’s help we put in an offer and before we could respond to the counter offer another party got in with a higher bid and we didn’t get the house. As disappointed as we were Dean didn’t let us get discouraged. He quickly did what he does best and found us a couple of alternatives. It seemed he never rested – he was always working very hard on our behalf. In the end the other deal never closed and with Dean constantly keeping an eye on the situation he had us promptly put in another offer that was accepted as a back up in case the other deal fell through which is eventually what happened and we got our perfect home.<br /> If it wasn’t for Dean’s persistent nature and his concern for doing his due diligence we wouldn’t have gotten the house. We owe it all to him.<br /> Thanks Dean!</p>
