One of the main points I mention to other people about Dean Junkin are the things he picks out in houses that I would never think or know to look for i.e. slope of the landscape, when the snow melts or we get a heavy rain, is the water going to run towards the house. He looks in the basement for signs of previous flooding or items that look abnormal i.e. hidden repairs. When looking at houses in Spruce Grove, he pointed out to us that when we go to work in Edmonton and return home, the sun is going to be in our eyes. We always had a great experience with Dean and would highly recommend him. I feel he is more interested in what is best for his clients than trying to make a quick sale.
