David is an exceptional real estate agent in every regard. We were so fortunate to have David referred to us from a family friend. From the first time we met him he was kind, professional, and always had our best interests in mind. Purchasing our first family home in a red hot market was a challenge, but David helped us through all the stressful moments. David brought a sense of humour and lightness not only for us, but also for our five-year old son who referred to him as 'my real estate agent Dave'. His relaxed approach and continued advice to not rush ourselves in making this major purchase made the experience much less stressful than it might otherwise have been. We also appreciated that David gave his advice in all the right moments when there were important details that we had either not seen or overlooked.
