I am TERRIBLE for writing reviews- but eventually get it done - so this has taken me FAR too long to do - The moment I met Dave and Kim McCurdy - I knew they were the right fit for us - Their presentation of their intentions right from the start is exactly what I wanted - and then we got bombed with restrictions and they pivoted and turned everything virtual - and did an amazing job at it in a crazy time of life but they pulled through and got our home sold. The market went crazy and we had some hard losses on offers we made but we ended up finding our home in our dream location - thanks for everything you guys (even a year later lol) You won't regret hiring this amazing team to buy or sell!!!
