David is very professional and excellent to work with. He returns calls quickly, is pleasant to deal with and overall we enjoyed dealing with him. We can’t speak highly enough of David as our real estate agent. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. David is thorough and great to work with. He kept us apprised of all showings and was always very good at getting back to us in a timely manner. His likeability is what you want in someone representing your home to others. There is an ease about the way in which he conducts himself even amidst all the stress that comes with negotiating such an important personal transaction. We had an excellent relationship with Dave. He is easygoing but knowledgeable about real estate. Having gone through about 15 properties Dave helped us in this lengthy process that we subjected him to in viewing different for sale properties of varied quality all under a very fixed sum that we could afford to spend. On one deal Dave suggested we verbally offer a sum in our range to save us trouble and the offer was turned down without more hassles such as we went thru on two previous deals which were cancelled due to serious deficiencies. Dave has been very courteous, caring, and accommodative in showing us many properties until we settled on this final home. We were pleased to have Dave follow up on details that were unclear in closing the deal. We highly recommend Dave for anybody to help search for that future home.
